THE NEBRASKA DEPT OF AGRICULTURE ALLOWS THE PUPPYMILLS TO KILL THEIR OWN USED UP NEGLECTED DOGS/CATS THAT ARE USED FOR BREEDING.

They do it by starvation; we have seen many victims of this personally. Molly died 3 weeks to the Day she was pulled from the mill. She was unable to recover from the starvation and neglect. She weighed 47 pounds the day she got out; she should have weighed 75-80. See the fear in her eyes as she waits to see the Vet for the first time in her life, on her first day out of the mill.
