How can this be allowed

I am real tired and real pissed off this morning. Not only is this girl , 9 years old and the most emaciated dog I have ever had , she is PREGNANT. The sparse hair is also from malnutrition.

Pleas write to tcarlson@nebraska.gov , bcouncil@nebraska.gov on the ag committee here in Nebraska , and tell them where to get off at. If this dog was in your back yard you would be fined and the dog would be removed. These puppymillers can buy a $250 state license for them to turn a blind eye.
